Brother Mano John was born in an orthodox Christian family. After his schooling, he went to Loyolla College, Chennai for his higher studies, there he was touch by God thus desiring to serve the kingdom of God. His committed passion for Christ and eagerness to spread the Love of Jesus, urged him to emerge as a evangelist and prophet who delivers prophetical messages and has been ministering for the past 24 years.
He is preaching in the suburbs of Chennai, through supernatural conferences, weekly meetings, public gatherings and camps. He has established 7 prophetic towers across Tamilnadu and Andhrapradesh, when he conducts his monthly Prophetic tower meetings. He also regularly conducts Prophetic bible schools, where he teaches the undivided word of God thus nurturing people in the word of God.

Brother Mano John has drawn many people to Christ by completing 30 batches and trained more than 1000 students in his Prophetic Bible school and touching every individual and even families through his messages that are very practical in a day to day life. Everyone is impressed by his messages as they impact their lives in every aspect. His messages are a source of consolation, courage and inspiration to many.

Sis. Esther Rani, his wife has been the back bone of his ministry. By the Grace of God and with her support, brother has been able to come thus far. She is being used mightily in ministry among women. Her powerful messages and prayers have drawn many to knowledge of Christ. The Lord has been performing great miracles through her earnest prayers. Both are blessed with one loving son Jonathan.
